It’s official: South Africans are now able to collect their free Cableway Birthday Special tickets any day of their birthday month.

Can’t make it to the mountain to see us on your special day? No problem! Simply bring your valid South African ID, driver’s licence or birth certificate to our Ticket Office or Visitor Information Centre on any day of the calender month your birthday falls in (for example, 1 to 31 October) to redeem your free ticket.

Here are some terms and conditions to note when redeeming your free Cableway Birthday Special ticket during your birthday month:

• Your Birthday Special ticket is only redeemable in the month of your birthday. If you’re celebrating your birthday on 31 October, you cannot collect your ticket in November
• You cannot redeem this special online. Sorry, folks, we need to see your beautifully masked faces at our Ticket Office or Visitor Information Centre for you to collect your free tickets
• This special applies to South Africans only. Only visitors with valid South African IDs, driver’s licences or birth certificates are eligible for this special
