Birthday specials

Celebrate your birthday on the top of Table Mountain, taking the cable car up and back free of charge courtesy of Table Mountain Cableway. Remember to take your South African Identity Document with you on the day and present it at the ticket office before departure. Valid for adult (18 years+) return trips only.
Wild Card discount
If you’re a Wild Card holder, your return trip will only cost R128.00 per adult and R64.00 per child.
Savings for seniors
South African senior citizens qualify for a return ticket at R80.00 every Friday.
Student specials
Take a break from your studies and hit the slopes for R105.00 return, via the Cableway on Fridays only.
Get high every New Year
By taking the last cable car up the mountain at 23h00 and seeing in the new year in style, before descending at 01h00.
Summer Sunset Special
From Sunday, November 1, 2009, to Sunday, February 28, 2010, tickets are half-price after 18h00 (adults R80 per person return; under 18s R40 per person return). This is valid on return tickets only.
