Table Mountain Café
The trendy Table Mountain Café offers a regularly updated selection of delicious self-service meals and snacks, including options for kids, as well as tasty pastries, fine wines and speciality coffees and teas. The Café is also committed to remaining as green as possible, while offering all its visitors an enjoyable eating experience up in the clouds.

The Summit Lounge
The Summit Lounge is situated in the same building that the cable cars dock. This venue, boasting incredible views and facilities, can also be hired for private functions.
Table Mountain Kiosk (at the Lower Cable Station)
Before embarking on a journey to the top of Table Mountain, visitors can stock up on tasty snacks and refreshments at the conveniently located Table Mountain Kiosk. Situated next to the ticket office at the Lower Station, the kiosk offers hot pies, fresh sandwiches and a selection of hot and cold beverages.
The Ice Cream Kiosk
Situated at the Lower Station, in one of our old converted cable cars, the Ice Cream Kiosk offers a variety of cold treats, including lollies and soft-serve ice-creams.
Satellite outlets
During peak season there are satellite outlets situated around the Top and Lower stations. These outlets stock cold beverages, ice-creams and various snacks for visitors on the go.

Drinks
A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served, from our beer and wine bar. Visitors can choose from a selection of self-serve sodas, 100% fruit juices, lemonade, ginger beer and iced coffee.
The coffee bar offers visitors a variety of hot drinks, including filter coffee, cappuccinos, cafe lattes, macchiatos, tea and hot chocolate.
Choose from a variety of delicious, freshly baked cakes and tarts, including chocolate cake, carrot cake, lemon meringue pie, apple crumble, milk tart and baked cheesecake.
Pensioner Special
Did you know the Cableway offers South African senior citizens discounted tickets on Fridays? In addition to this discounted Cableway rate South African pensioners get further discounts at the Table Mountain Café on Fridays. South African pensioners who have purchased the Pensioner ticket are offered, at a cost of R45 per pensioner, a meal consisting of either a pie, chips and salad OR quiche and salad, plus a slice of milk tart and filter coffee or tea. In order to qualify for this special, pensioners must hand over their Pensioner ticket to the Café cashier where it will be stamped. The ticket will then be returned to the pensioner for their return trip.

*NB: The kitchen closes an hour before the last car down, and the Café closes half an hour before the last car down.
Responsible dining: To conserve water, the Cableway has introduced compostable plates, cups and containers for food and beverage, made from organic biodegradable materials.
