Snow on Table Mountain: August chill sets in
This morning, a light dusting of snow fell on the summit of Table Mountain – much to the delight of those who had made it to the top of Cape Town’s famed landmark in icy conditions. Sometimes the cold is worth it! Here’s the proof in pictures!
Remember to dress very warmly if you’re coming to the top today – temperatures on the summit are way below the already freezing temps on “ground level”.
Buy tickets online and skip the ticket office queue.
