One of the coin-operated viewing binoculars stands like a sentinel overlooking a bank of clouds massed just beneath the summit of Table Mountain. Clouds rolling in while you are on the summit creates a dreamlike atmosphere, and while the views of the city may be obscured, the panaroma will be a memorable.
